Credits
Leads are purchased using prepaid credits. Credits are deducted at the point of lead purchase. Credits are non-refundable except in accordance with our refund policy.
Lead purchases
Purchasing a lead unlocks the permitted customer contact information for that project. A purchased lead is not guaranteed work. The customer may engage another specialist or no specialist at all.
Customer privacy
You must not redistribute, sell or misuse customer contact information or project data obtained through the platform. Customer data is provided solely for the purpose of contacting the customer regarding their worktop project.
Acceptable use
You agree to contact customers respectfully and only through the methods they have permitted. Misuse may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.
Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
