Customer Terms & Conditions
Marketplace role
Compare My Worktop operates as a marketplace and intermediary connecting homeowners with independent worktop specialist companies. We are not a party to any contract for the supply, fabrication, templating or installation of worktops between you and a specialist.
Estimates are indicative
AI measurements and price estimates provided through the platform are preliminary estimates only. They are not quotations. Final dimensions must be confirmed by professional templating before manufacture, and final pricing depends on the selected material, slab requirements and installation.
Professional templating
Worktop manufacture requires professional templating. Never commission manufacture based solely on AI or customer-provided measurements.
Your information
When you submit a project, your permitted contact information may be provided to authorised lead purchasers (worktop specialists) according to your selected communication permissions and our Privacy Policy, so they may contact you regarding your quotation.
Independent companies
Worktop specialists are independent companies. Compare My Worktop does not employ or control them and is not liable for their workmanship, pricing or conduct.
